Happy 2024!!!!!! Stephanie Synclair Homeâ„¢ has so so many plans this year and I can wait to share them with you on the next post!
I was talking to one of the ladies who signed up for my upcoming masterclass yesterday in the DM’s and she was asking me about a budget for a house in Italy. She said that she didn’t want one of those crumbling 1 euro’s that needs so much work. (And who can blame her? I would run from them). They do indeed need a ton of work and it will be quite a while before you will be able to enjoy your new Italian home.
But, what I was explaining to her is that yes, today, you can still find 25k homes THAT ARE MOVE IN READY.
They aren’t crumbling.
And, despite what people will have you think, they are not in ghost towns.
These towns are full of life!
Here is the problem.
It isn’t searchable. Their is no one savvy with SEO creating the websites (if there is one at all) AND most of the ones that have American’s making content about them, yes even me, are in towns that no longer have move in ready homes at that rate.
That is why I don’t bother sharing my town and homes there. Yes, you can still find houses that I think are affordable, but many people would like to score something that doesn’t need renovation for under 40k.
Transparently, my house did not need any. I chose to later turn the garage into living space but all I needed to add was air conditioning and heating system. That’s it.
These places ARE STILL AVAILABLE.
I’d been traveling to Italy and throughout the country for well over a decade before I even considered buying and made a ton of connections thus, I realized how locals find houses and houses for 20k. As a matter of fact, the first house I put an offer on was 16k!!!!!!!!!!!
Next week I am releasing my 6 part training telling you everything that you need to know about finding these properties, plus other premium properties that you would never be able to find in a google search, not just in Italy, but in other European countries as well, like France, Portugal and Spain.
I will also be sharing:
Connecting with the agents, best use practices
What to expect in the process start to finish
Not getting scammed (which yes, does happen so heres how not to )
Differences between buying in America vs European countries
Finding contractors if needed (the how, what to look out for, warning signs, etc)
Best practices to get what you want in the home design (I’ve learned this through LOTS of trial and error myself and with friends so I will share what I did that you should not do PLUS what to do to avoid it all)
And so much more.
Even if you do not plan to buy this year, this information will be helpful today and 3 years from now. (Though I highly suggest getting in now as some areas are skyrocketing in prices)
Sign up NOW as registration closes THIS WEEK for this class.
Hi Stephanie, I’ve been exploring dual citizenship and found a creator on TikTok who offers the services. Her name is Chiara in Italy. I’ve already sent her money but before I send any more, am trying to find out if her business is legitimate. Of course I should have done that first... I was wondering if you know of them or know how I can check on them. I’m actually selling my home in order to have the ability to pay for my kids and myself to have dual citizenship and eventually move there.
